The Carey group wanted an office refurbishment to create a regional office that would welcome the local and visiting staff. There was also the need to provide meeting rooms and a central breakout that would encourage staff integration.

Create:

The existing three floors of office space were looking old and tired. We had to bring the CAT A space up to date to provide the modern office environment, therefore installing new suspended ceilings, new floor finishes and LED panel lighting throughout the space. Leading to a bright fresh space for our design team to work with. The design team identified that major layout changes to the core of the building would provide greater usable office space and a better visitor experience. We were then able to allow a single floor for meeting rooms and open plan break out areas to offer informal meeting space, while localised tea point areas & informal meeting spaces occupied the remaining office space ensuring formal meeting room numbers were kept to a minimum.
