RDT required new office premises that would allow for their long term expansion goals and provide a modern office environment that would enhance departmental links and demonstrate their cutting edge products.

AMH Projects - RDT Meeting room

Create:

The existing office space had been previously fitted out to a high standard but was looking tired. Through the briefing taking process our design team identified the departmental links and work flow requirements. Small internal partition changes hugely improved the existing layout. AMH bought the existing flooring and decorative finishes up to date. We used RDT’s strong corporate palette to reinforce the brand throughout the two floors. These design changes have had a huge impact on the overall space. The addition of new contemporary furniture throughout emphasised the new modern office environment.

Complete:

RDT were keen to reuse existing materials where possible resulting in the existing ceiling tiles being reused. Developing an understanding of RDT’s visitor experience helped us identify which areas required enhancement and which areas did not, these findings resulted in considerable savings being made with the ceiling scope of works. The Office Fit Out was completed in an 8 week project schedule.
