Intralink required a head office that could provide suitable meeting space for both clients and staff, formal offices and a clutter free open plan working environment. The space needed to be bright, modern and reflect their brand.
Intralink provided us with an indicative layout that suited their needs. We reviewed this to ensure that it was compliant with the latest legislation. The layout utilised perimeter walls to minimise build costs. We maintained clear access to the windows to ensure the office space benefited from the vast quantity of natural light. Finally, modern office furniture was provided to compliment the client brand and enhance the new clean office design.
The client required excellent acoustic properties throughout the build, this was achieved by providing partitions with enhanced acoustic performance. We also used solid core doors and specialist acoustic panels. AMH worked to a tight, 3 week time frame to complete the project design, development and construction phases to ensure business continuity from their current premises.
